- The guardian inputs basic personal information, preferences, and significant historical data about the PwD and their relatives into NAO’s knowledgebase through an online survey.

**Session with Conversation Example:**
- **Initiator**: Guardian initiates by inputting data.
- **Guardian**: Inputs data about PwD’s routines, family members, hobbies, and personal history.
- **NAO**: Stores and categorizes the information for future reference.

**Post-Scenario Actions for NAO:**
- NAO organizes and confirms the information stored in its database.
- Sends a summary report to the guardian for verification.

**Impact on the Subject:**
- Customizes the interaction between NAO and the PwD based on personal data, enhancing personal relevance and engagement.

### Phase 1b: Conversing to Add Information to Knowledgebase

**Pre-Scenario Prep for NAO:**
- Prepare NAO to ask open-ended questions to the PwD to gather more personal insights, hobbies, and preferences.

- **NAO**: “Hello, I’m NAO. I’m here to keep you company and help you with your daily activities. How are you today?”
- **PwD**: Responds and interacts with NAO.
- **NAO**: Responds adaptively to encourage more interaction.

- NAO adapts its interaction style based on PwD’s responses.
- Reports interaction quality and duration to the guardian.
