    Would it be better for function 2 part 1 to ask open questions about whether information is still missing? Otherwise we could have added these questions in the questionnaire. Example: NAO asks whether the information is complete. Guardian and PwD come up with information that can be something we have not yet thought about. I think it is very probable that the Guardian and PwD themselves know what information is useful to include in the library after the first questionnaire has been filled in.

      I think you're right; Given a conversational model, we do not need specific questions to provide to the NAO. Instead, we should give it a goal (eg. Learn about their relatives), and then let the conversational model work by itself.
