In this section I will be describing the human factors involved in the interaction between the human and the conversational agent. 

In the design rationale of my conversational agent, I will be exploring the factors of deliberation, socio-cognitive engineering, human-system collaboration, and evaluation methods.

In 1. Deliberation: 

In 2. Socio-Cognitive Engineering: In this section we explore the impact of SCE methodology on the design of the conversational agent. 

In 3. Human-System Collaboration: Here we explain and describe how the conversational agent should work. 

In 4. Evaluation Methods: Here i will explain how the conversational agent will be analysed using surveys, interviews, and cognitive task analysis.
