Designing Conversational Agents for Public Safety

This project will be focused on the designing of conversational agents for public safety. The design will take as a use case, a natural disaster (flood), in Rotterdam that has rocked the city due to rising sea levels and torrential rain. The conversational agent is implemented by the municipality as a way to communicate with the larger public's concerns about the flood.
