Edgard: Ensure the wellbeing of Truus and the other patients by working efficiently. Having fun at work.

Bob: Ensure his mother is in good hands. As his job requires a lot of traveling he can't take care of her himself.

Truus: Avoiding lonelyness, boredom and the feeling of unsafely. Also the capability she can do things on her own
