4. Problem Scenario

The head of the care center Pieter wants a plan to give the caregivers more time and see what issue the residents has (physically and emotionally). He decides to have a meeting with the employees. They stated that they do not have enough time to do other work besides entertaining the residents. The residents have also shared their opinion that they would like to feel more independent. 

Marianne, one of the caregivers, is tired of taking Maria every day to the park. She want to do some administration work and help organizing activities in the care center. 

Bob would like to go the park every day, but he gets angry when the caregiver asks him to go back too soon. He would like to go on his own.
