This section presents both the direct stakeholders, those who interact directly with the robot, and the indirect stakeholders, others that might be influenced in any way by the use of the robot.

Direct Stakeholders

• Person with Dementia

  • Needs help in their daily 
  • Bart, who suffers from mental state deterioration

• Close relatives of the person with dementia

  • Tries to visit Bart as often as possible
  • Sarah, Bart's daughter

• Caregiver

  • Takes care of the people in the care house
  • Joachim, the caretaker who is the main responsible for Bart

Indirect Stakeholders

• Other people in the care home

  • Might interact less often with Bart because of the robot

• Neighbours of the care home

  • Might feel threatened or feel that their privacy is at risk because of the robot

• Friends of the person with dementia

  • Might get to spend less time with Bart
