Ilinca - Self Reflection

**Week 1:**

Groupwork: During lab on Tuesday, we formulated the general use case and sketched the storyboard. We had another meeting on Friday during which we brainstormed the context of our project in more detail. The outcome of the brainstorming session is that our project will focus on a robot that will entertain the PwD by helping them complete tasks associated with painting. The chosen hobby is painting, for the scope of this project, but it can be extended to a more extensive list of hobbies. After the brainstorming session, we divided tasks among the group members.

Personal work: I have worked with Alexandru on the Function section from Quick Start.

**Week 2:**

Groupwork: During Friday's weekly meeting, we discussed the feedback received for the work from the previous week. The function section from Quick Start needs to be improved. Also, we need to add the storyboard created during week 1 in the Quick Start. We have divided the work between group members. Instead of dividing work individually, we divided intro 3 pairs and each pair will work on 3-4 subsections from the sections we need to complete this week.

Personal work: I will work on Foundation, Operational Demands sections together with Alexandru. I have created the personas.

**Week 3:**

Groupwork: During Tuesday's lab, the midterm presentation was mentioned. For the presentation, we decided to shift our attention this week towards the Foundation chapter of the project and changed some tasks of the team member.

Personal work: Made the environments and problem scenario sections from the Foundation, Operational Demands.

**Week 4:**

Groupwork: Half of the team gave the midterm presentation, focusing on the Foundation of our project. We divided the Specification among team members.

Personal work: I was one of the team members that gave the presentation, for which I had to prepare the slides and the talk points. For the rest of the week, I focused on creating the storyboard.

**Week 5:**

Groupwork: During the lab session, we realized we should start with the implementation of the prototype. This decision was motivated by the time constraint that we have to make the evaluations. Therefore, we decided to have two people working on the prototype, figuring out how to implement the behavior of the robot.

Personal work: Help Alex with Use Cases. Continued working on the storyboards.

**Week 6:**

Groupwork: During the lab session, we discussed the progress of the implementation and assigned parts of the interaction flow. The interaction flow will be used for the implementation of the prototype.

Personal work: Took care of the painting session step of the interaction flow.

**Week 7:**

Groupwork: We finalized the prototype and the evaluation. On Wednesday, we performed the experiment.

Personal work: I filled out the HREC form and created the informed consent form for the evaluation.
