5 //Reasoning~:// The PwD might not like a certain way that the robot is presenting information. This might be because they prefer to read text over talking to the robot, or the other way around, or they might simply like to associate information with music/sounds.

7 In this case the robot will take the feedback into account and notify the caretaker if it is something that should be changed immediately due to an increased emotional response by the PwD. Otherwise this feedback will be processed at the end of the day by the caretaker.
