| Pre-condition | The patient remembers basic information and the conversation just ended. |
| Post-condition | Each person around the patient has their own profile page where stores their basic information and previous chat logs. |
| Action sequence | preparation: 1) One of the relatives assist the patient to create personal profiles for relatives and friends which contain their name, age, relationship with the patient and other basic information. Whenever needed: 1) The patient unlocks the screen. 2) The patient enters the "Persona" section. 3) The patient records what happened in the conversation. |
