b. Design Scenario - Andrey

Gerard de Boer suffers from Parkinson's with memory loss. He currently lives at the care home and waits for his relatives to visit him. Gerard has a feeling that his family should visit him soon, but he does not remember who and when. In the meanwhile, he has robot-assistant Pepper near his bed. He comes to the robot and touches the screen. Pepper asks Gerard to authenticate by entering his secret PIN code. Gerard sees calendar and a record that today an hour later will come his daughter Joanna.
