6 -Below is the interaction ontology focused around the types of inputs and outputs facilitated by the MiRo. These factors enable interactions between MiRo and the world around it, be it with humans, objects or environment. The way in which MiRo expresses itself is linked with arrows to 'Communicative expression' at the top in blue with subcategories 'Light & Sound' in green and 'Movement' in purple. Near the bottom in yellow are the linked 'Sensors' that enable MiRo to perceive the world around it. From the middle outwards are all parts of MiRo that are involved in either impression or expression connected to their respective categories. Parts of MiRo can be just for expression like a tail for wagging or just for making sense of the environment like a nose that //smells// with sonar, but can also be part of multiple categories like eyes showing expressions through eyelid movement as well as two HD cameras sensing the world in front of the MiRo.
