1 Below, both the direct stakeholders - the stakeholders who might directly interact with the technology - and indirect stakeholders - other individuals who are otherwise affected by the use of the technology - for our scenario are introduced (Lecture 1). Next, the stakeholders' corresponding value stories and user stories are explained.
