Dementia Patient: 

Live happily, follow instructions

Activities: Daily medication, hygiene. eat meals, follow instructions, bingo/socialize with other patients and caregivers.

Detrimental/Positive context factors: Episodes may occur (detriment), mood shifts.

Caregiver: Take care of patient physically (diapers, shower, food, drinks, pills), take care of patient mentally (episodes, help with memory, provide company), clean.

Activities: stated above.

Detrimental/Positive context factors: same as patient + mental health

Close family member of patient: Making sure the patient receives proper care at the right place.

Activities: Visit, keep up with updates, pay money.

Detrimental/Positive context factors: Vacation, holidays (crowded cities vs joyful day), mental health of patient.
