Person with Dementia (PwD):

Margaret (she/her) is 72 years old and has dementia. She loves baking and cake-decorating; she used to make stunning, complex cakes. Right now, she can still walk, talk, and do daily tasks and has clear moments, although the state of her dementia is deteriorating over time. She recognizes visitors like family but does not remember how she knows them.

Family:

Larry (he/him) is Margaret's only son and remaining family member. He spends most of his time playing video games and is a tech-enthusiast. Although he loves his mother, he finds it tedious and stressful to have to take care of her.

Nurse:

Pedro (he/him) is 36 years old. He needs to take care of 20 people on the floor while working and tends to take too much time on each person since his own grandmother used to have dementia and he empathises. Outside of work, he spends his free time out in nature, hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter.
