b. Use Case with Claims

In this section we have defined two use cases for the interactions between PwD and the Social Robot Pepper. The first use case will involve the PwD asking about the schedule and Pepper informing about the schedule for the day, while the second use case will illustrate how Pepper engages with PwD to schedule new appointments.
