The distinction between direct and indirect stakeholders is not completely clear. Direct stakeholders are the (intended or envisioned) persons or organization who are going to interact with the robot/computer system (e.g., "potential new customers of NAO" , although " customer" is vague and should be explicated).
Concerning values: it would be good to explicate the values per stakeholder (what are their relevant values)
I removed "potential new customers of Nao", because they do not affect our design choices, etc.
I do not fully why the distinction between direct and indirect stakeholders is unclear. Do you refer to this sentence: "Direct stakeholders engage in immediate interaction with the robot, while Indirect stakeholders are ancillary or secondary participants in the process."? Or to the list of stakeholders?

Hi Mark, thanks for the feedback.
