3 Stakeholders encompass individuals, groups, or organisations engaged throughout the entirety of the Personal Encyclopedia's process. They can be categorised into two groups: Direct and Indirect. Direct stakeholders engage in immediate interaction with the robot, while Indirect stakeholders are ancillary or secondary participants in the process.
