Stakeholders
Stakeholders are considered individuals, groups of people, or organisations, that are involved in the entire process of the Personal Encyclopaedia.
Direct stakeholders
- People who have early-stage dementia.
- Direct relative(s) who help with the set-up of NAO.
- Other relatives to get feedback about the cognitive state and affect state of the person with early-stage dementia and to add more context for future interactions.
Indirect stakeholders
- People who have early-stage dementia who have interacted with NAO before and can provide feedback to keep improving the concept.
- Researchers interested in the disease progression who are interested in the data.
- Potential new customers of NAO
Values
- Data must remain private. Where is it stored? What to do with camera and microphone? What if the robot is hacked?
- NAO must properly evaluate how its interactions trigger specific emotions. Is this healthy? Is this ethical?
- NAO must make a person with early-stage dementia feel comfortable and safe. When should NAO decide to interact?
- When to stop relying on NAO? How to determine this? What does this mean for the future of this person?
TODO: rephrase using value stories.
