26 1. NAO turns on automatically and verbally greets the PwD combined with a hand gesture.

31 1. If yes, NAO tells the PwD exactly who is visiting by name and relation (eg. "you son, Bob, is visiting") and asks the PwD what they would like to hear about the visitor.
