Pre-conditionA visitor is coming by the subject's resident. The robot is fully charged and set up for the subject.
Post-conditionThe subject has preparations to organise before the visitor arrives.
Action sequence

1. Subject approaches NAO / Subject triggers NAO through conversation

2. NAO recognises/detects subject visually/through audio, starts conversation.

3. Subject interacts with NAO through conversation.

1a/1bNAO initiates conversation by reminding subject of visit X amount of time before visit. / Alternatively, subject informs NAO of visit, and the conversation starts thereAct as a reminder for subject 
2a / 2bIf subject has forgotten about the visit, they can ask NAO about the visitor, and find suggestions about what they should prepare, based on the information provided to the NAO about the visitor -- otherwise, give answers depending on the subject's personal preferences. / Alternatively the NAO asks questions about the visitor that the subject must answer and consider. Stimulate subject's memory, imagination and planning. 
3NAO can during the conversation make a checklist of necessary preparations, to alleviate the subject's own short-term memory. (Action sequence a & b are not exclusive, but can occur intermittendly during the same case/situation/interaction).Lower stress and organise the subject's errands.
