F01.0: Preparation for a Visit

Function 1

NAO initiates conversation by reminding PwD of visit X amount of time before visit. X is set in F00.0 step 9.

1. NAO checks its database for any upcoming events
2. If time is within X amount of time, NAO is alerted to react
3. NAO signals the start of a conversation with a sound
4. NAO informs the PwD of the person visiting
5. NAO informs the PwD the X amount of time beforehand left to prepare
6. NAO asks if any further information on the visitation is needed
7. If no, NAO is done.
8. If yes, NAO returns to database to retrieve relevant information regarding the question

Function 2

NAO discusses important aspects of the visitor with the PwD.

1. NAO checks database for any upcoming events
2. NAO informs the PwD of the title of the visit
3. NAO retrieves key information and people involved in visit
4. NAO asks if there is a question or a summary is needed beforehand
5. If no, NAO is done.
6. If yes, NAO returns to database to retrieve relevant information about the visit
7. NAO informs necessary information
8. NAO asks if there are any further questions
9. Repeat information retrieval based on answer
