NAO provides the PwD with information from the knowledge-base relevant to the PwD's stated intent

Function 2

PwD asks specific questions. NAO answers with relevant information.

  1. PwD asks a question to NAO
  2. NAO checks database to retrieve relevant information regarding the question
  3. NAO informs necessary information
  4. NAO asks if there are any further questions
  5. Repeat retrieval based on answer
