• Might feel that not all the given information is needed and feel overwhelmed
• Might feel negative emotions towards specific memories
• Might find the system unintuitive
• Might find the system (specifically, the conversational model) 'unnatural'

Relatives:

• Too much focus on certain memories/details can change the way the PwD feels towards a relative (both positive and negative)
