For our technology section, we are looking at two different factors that are important. One is the technology which is in our case, our end product, the conversational agent and then the methodology that we are using to back up this conversational agent is a natural language processing techniques that can assist in facilitating the system and in turn, the deliberations (Shortall et al., 2021). 

In this chapter, we will go more in depth on the conversational agent that we are attempting to develop and how it can assist us in facilitating deliberations between human actors.
