Objective | The objective of the conversational agent is to stimulate value reflection and deliberation between stakeholders in a crowd control scenario. |

Actors | The robot (conversational agent) helps the stakeholders reflect via the interaction with a scenario. The stakeholders (academia, industry, the public, government) interact with the system and the scenario and through that scenario the stakeholders can reflect on their values and why they feel a certain way about their values. |
Pre-condition | The stakeholders are waiting in the workshop room reviewing the context of public safety. |
Post-condition | Each stakeholder is aware of the values that they value in the domain of crowd control. They then can reflect on the values that they find important and that they can deliberate about with their fellow stakeholders. |
