2. Specification

This section includes the objectives, design scenario, storyboard, use cases, functions, and the effects that are included in this research study.

Our objectives look at the achievement of the conversational agent, the goal, and the tasks that the users will have when interacting with the agent. In our design scenario, we present how our problem scenario will persona, Helen, will interact with the conversational agent in the hope of receiving values from the agent. We also present dialogue involved in the interaction. We then expand on our storyboard and how our conversational agent should work if interacted with correctly. We look at the different use cases that we find in our conversational agent and the functions of the agent. In the functions of the agent, we examine the Research Question, “The robot allows value-reflection of value-based scenarios”. Lastly we end with the effects of the conversational agent and how this may improve existing deliberation contexts.
