25 +In this use case we will focus on a private residential center for elderly with Dementia situated in The Hague called Martha Flora. This is a big villa in a calm and green environment where a lot of personal care is given to every resident. Because it is rather expensive and there are not a lot of residents they are open to experimenting with new care methods.

27 +Some information about the center:
28 +
29 +- 20 residents
30 +
31 +- 3 living rooms

33 +- Spatious private garden

1 +Objectives:
2 +
3 +* To provide dementia patients with attentive care
4 +** having few residents results in a more focused care distribution
5 +** with few residents, there will be less of a feeling of neglect
6 +** patients will feel more comfortable, with the home-like interior and architecture of the residence.
