c. Storyboard

This is the storyboard that is used during the presentations:

The Storyboard tells us the the connections between Truus (80), her son Edgard (52), the main nurse Bob (40) and the Dogg0 (Miro-E). Dogg0 will assist Bob by providing entertainment and company to Truus. This will lower the workload of Bob, who cares greatly about his patient Truus. At the same time Edgard, Truus' only son, is concerned about his mother in the Martha Flora nursing home. Edgard knows his mother receives good care especially now that she has the Dogg0 in her life. Edgard knows how much joy a dog used bring to his mother, and he is now happy and less concerned with this new "dog" in his mothers life.
