1 -The physical activity that we intend to motivate the PwD to do will take place around a carecenter. This carecenter has 70 elderly living there, each with their own room. When two people are married, they share a room if they want to. There are multiple departments in the carecenter: one for people with dementia, one for people in need of much physical care, and another for the less-maintenance elderly. The carecenter has a big garden with paved paths, and bushes, plants, and trees, where the elderly are allowed to walk through.

3 3  Many elderly have befriended each other, but there are some, especially in the dementia department, that do not like to engage much with others. They engage with the caretakers to some extent but don't reach out themselves. Walking in the garden seems to brighten the mood of many elderly. The caretakers are very person-oriented. They take all residents' feelings very seriously and try to make them feel as independent as possible.
