4. Problem Scenario

Georgina suffers from sundown syndrome which means she becomes anxious and depressed post sundown. Due to this, she finds it difficult to become interested in meal time and often refuses to have dinner. She wants to be able to enjoy her meals like she used to, however, she feels monotony in this every day activity and has trouble building up her desire to eat or engage in dinner time conversation with people around her. 
Eleana as the caregiver bears the responsibility to prepare and feed her meals on time. She also wished for Georgina to relish her food. Eleana is aware the Georgina likes romantic stories, however, whenever she tries to engage Georgina in talking about her past favourites to distract her, she does not respond well to her attempts.

Georgina's son Sam wants to accompany his mother during meal time like old times, however finds it difficult to engage in a conversation with her without triggering her anxiety.
