Source: Alzheimer's and dementia patients benefit from MemoryWell digital storytelling project - It is important for PwD to ensure that they preserve their sense of self. Helping to keep their identity intact and assisting them through any difficult changes that may arise are both necessary for maintaining their sense of self.
