9 | **Example: **In our use case, Pepper explains using speech and hand gestures, the goal of the story template, which is to frame narratives that induce positive nostalgia, distract and engage the PwD. The speech rate is changed based on the various characters in the story template so that the interaction feels more anthropomorphic. Pepper also uses music in the background during storytelling so that it sets the appropriate ambiance during the session. In case the PwD does not understand a prompt or question, Pepper is able to repeat it. |
