Stakeholders' goal	What do these people want to achieve?	Patients suffering from moderately severe dementia, like Georgina tend to lose interest in day-to-day activities Georgina wishes to be able to eat her meals independently and enjoy them too. Eleana, the nurse wants to ensure Georgina has an enjoyable dinner and is distracted from her anxieties and confusion during and after sundown (Sundown Syndrome). Sam wishes his mother is happy and healthy.

Georgina: She wishes to retain her autonomy when it comes to her daily activities Eleana: As a hired professional caretaker, she considers her patient's health and happiness her personal responsibility Sam: He cares for his mother and therefore doesn't wish to see her in pain or discomfort. He wants to give her the best possible care in his ability.

During mealtime, Georgina should finish her meal either on her own or with some physical assistance. Eleana is responsible for preparing the meal and providing any physical assistance to Georgina while she has her meal and also ensuring that Georgina genuinely enjoys the meal and isn't forced into eating her food. Sam can occassionaly accompany his mother, Georgina during her mealtime thereby ensuring that she has some company while eating thereby improving her mood during the mundane daily activity.
