| 1 | Part of **Joachim’s **responsibilities is organizing activities for patients from the care home he is working in. The patients need these activities to feel occupied and entertained. In order to organize art-related activities, Joachim has to gather everybody, get them seated, prepare their art supplies, and give them a task. During the activity, he can only focus on the people participating and has to split his attention in order to help everybody in the room. Dividing his attention and giving them art suggestions is sometimes hard for Joachim. Also, he is not aware of the status of other patients during these sessions. **Anna **participates in the art activities organized by Joachim. She sometimes gets frustrated due to her condition because she cannot enjoy painting as much as she used to. Also, she constantly needs help and reassurance, which Joachim cannot always give her. **Bart **doesn’t want to participate and prefers to stay in his room or walk around the home while ignoring everybody else. **Sarah **notices her father is not interacting with the other patients and seems sad, so she feels bad that she cannot visit him more, or take care of him herself. |
