The caretaker is now involved in all the activities in Bart's life, including basic hygiene, entertainment and any other issue or concern Bart might have in his daily life. The caretaker is the first point of contact in any scenario. Bart is the main actor in this scenario. However, he doesn't have too much control over his everyday activities. Therefore, all the other actors have to support him in living a normal life.
