The System Usability Scale (SUS) is a dependable instrument for testing usability. It comprises 10 questions with five response options which range from strongly agree to strongly disagree for responders (Jordan et al., 1996).

The SUS score can be graded as follows: 

    Below 51: F (Fail)
    51-67: D (Poor)
    68: C (Average)
    68-80.3: B (Good)
    80.3-100: A (Excellent)
