The UC01.1: Reminder Setup step is finished.

Robot is in the room with PwD and also turned on.

Post-conditionThe robot is going into UC01.3: Reminder End step.
Action sequence

On startup, the robot will greet the patient.

Afterwards, they will ask the patient whether they want an overview of their day. If the patient responds with yes, they will get a summarised overview of their day, in order of occurrence.

After this section, the robot will go to an idle state unless asked to do something by the patient.

In an idle state, the robot will ask\tell the patient one of multiple things from time to time:

  1. The robot will inform the patient of a scheduled event happening soon during the day or in the coming days if it is important.
  2. The robot will suggest that the patient plays a memory game with them. The memory game is there to help the PwD remember who the important people in their life are.
    1. If the patient says yes and they start playing a game, the robot will also detect whether the patient is not active and stops playing the game. If that is the case, it will ask if the game should be continued or not.
