    I think we can remove the OB03.1 and OB03.2. OB03 describes the situation well enough.

    Very good that you have concrete ideas about the functions of the robot. Try to formulate the objectives more in relation to the values of the stakeholders. E.g., "Provide a safe environment for the residents to walk around on their self (support autonomy)"; "Detect conditions of disorientation, when they appear, and mitigate the problems, preventing residents to go outside in such a condition". Alerting etc. are the robot functions that serve these such objectives.
