1 +Gretchen (80) is a social lady who worked as a lecturer for a long span of 35 years of her life. In her profession, she had the opportunity to talk with numerous people every day and attend various social gatherings. On getting diagnosed with dementia, Gretchen was crushed. With the passage of time, her situation deteriorated and now she lives in a care center. As she used to go out every day and for a major period of her life, staying indoors is difficult for her. She becomes frustrated and often tries to leave her room in order to go outdoors.

4 +Robert (65) lives in Delft with his son, daughter-in-law, and a grandkid. As both of his children are working and the grandkid goes to school, there is no one at home to take care of him. Therefore his children drop him at a Dementia care center at 8:00 in the morning and pick him up back at 18:00 in the evening while returning from work. As Robert is suffering from Dementia, he frequently forgets that he needs to stay inside the care home and tries to walk back to his place.

7 +Anna (35) works as a caretaker at the Dementia care center and is a mother of 2 kids. She likes her job and tries to do her best in taking care of the elderly people in the center. She is very joyous, humble, and patient. Some of her days are easy when many nearby local volunteers turn up to help, but, on her other days, she is swamped with work as the center is understaffed.
