-**typical environment**
-Usage of robot and sensor in every-day surrounding of elder people with dementia:
-
-* nursing home
-* day care
-* at home
-
-All these places are inside a building. The surrounding is known to both, robot and patient.
-The Robot-Sensor construction might not be helpful in clinical surroundings, since the sensor at the door must be activated every time a person (doctor, nurse, family) leaves the room. In hospital rooms is to much 'traffic'.
-
-**Requirements for the environment**
-The room or house has to have a door. That door leads outside the patient's room or outside the building, where the patient is not allowed to go (alone). The door should never be out of the robots reach (no lose of connection to sensor, no stairways), so that the robot can always reach the door and help the patient.
