Dementia symptoms include memory loss, confusion, difficulty in speaking and comprehension which can result in various problems, some of which, can represent a real danger to the PwD’s health.

4 +* The PwD has a medicine schedule that is very crucial to maintain. Due to the memory loss he/she forgets to take his/her medicine which can have a detrimental effect on his/her health
