Lucy is a healthcare professional, she is 28 and doesn't know a lot about computers and technology.
She has many patients at home, who are in early stages of dementia (minor memory defficiency, problem-solving issues).
She needs to input the medication for her patients for the following week.
Also, she is tasked with breaking down tasks that her patients have difficulties to do, so that they are simplified into easier steps that they can follow one by one.
On top of that, she is required to check whether the patients are doing fine.

Anabelle is a 36-year-old woman. She used to work and be independent. She is in early stages of vascular dementia. She has planning problems and problem-solving difficulties. She wants to feel in control of her life, and also be able to take care of her son. Her husband is also very supportive but needs to work a lot to bring money. He is then very busy betweeen job, taking care of his wife and his son.

Charles is an 80-year-old grandpa. He has mild dementia. He always forgets his medicine and sometimes forgets how to do very basic activities. He may also forget to eat or drink enough. He panicks when there is too much unexpected in his life, and often has sundown syndrom. He feels alone and doesn't know what to do with his day.
