The high-level goals and objectives we want to achieve.

OB01: Help delay memory loss for patient's daily tasks.

As people with dementia sometimes forget to do their daily tasks it is really important to have something to remind them of those activities. Not taking their medicine, eating well, or using the bathroom could sound like small things, but for elderly people, these things are becoming harder and harder to remember. Thus keeping a good daily routine helps the patient delay memory loss.

OB02: Update the todo list.

Once the patient gets new examination results or something changes happens in cognition or health, they may want to change their daily routine. For example, if they are getting worse in memory, they may need more reminders for the daily task.
It is known that activities performed while listening to a specific sound or music are more easily recalled. The quiz focuses on that aspect and reinforces the connection between sound and action.

OB03: Help the patient to keep a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

Many studies show that people who are physically active are less likely to experience a decline in their mental function. Thus a simple daily exercise is helpful to lower the risk of deteriorating dementia.

OB04: Help the patient have some social contact with others.

Interacting with others can help dementia patients. Researches show that even 1 hour of social interaction per week can help reduce agitation level and improve life quality. This objective aims to help PwD through regular social activities.
