Not taking their medicine, eating well, or using the bathroom could sound like small things, but for elderly people, these things are becoming harder and harder to remember.

1 +An objective is a kind of state ("participation in an activity can be viewed as a kind of state"). OB02/06/07 does not seem to be an objective, they are more like a function.
