Technical Support
To assist the wiki administrators in managing the content within the wiki, XWiki recommends the support level. Technical support of the application covers the daily assistance when using the application. It enables the person in charge of XWiki in Client’s team to contact the members of XWiki Support Team at any time during the use and the set up of the software in order to get help and support via a ticketing tool.
A detailed description of the support contract is proposed in the document attached.
Our technical support service is valid within the following limits:
- Up to users
- Up to wikis
The support contract is priced at per year for a 3 year engagement.
